Overview

As a Sales Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and client needs.

You will engage directly with clients and prospects, leveraging your technical expertise to demonstrate how AI-driven automation and large language models (LLMs) can transform business operations and drive industry innovation. Working within a dynamic consulting-product company, you will collaborate with both sales and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that maximize value for our clients.

Key responsibilities

Engage with clients and prospects to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, particularly around AI, LLMs, and automation.

  • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the transformative potential of our AI and LLM-based solutions

  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, answering in-depth questions and offering strategic recommendations

  • Collaborate closely with account executives and product teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address specific client needs

  • Gather and relay client feedback to inform ongoing product development and innovation

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape, ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront of AI and automation

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and LLM concepts, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences

  • Experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role, ideally within the AI or software industry

  • Familiarity with automation technologies and their impact on business processes

  • Proficiency in relevant programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus
